Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. The class includes cardio, strength, flexibility and balance training. Fit4Baby is designed to accommodate all stages of pregnancy and various fitness levels. This class is for pregnant moms only.more
Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program that moms can do with their
babies. This one hour class includes power walking and intervals of strength and body
toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Stroller Strides® classes are held Monday-Satruday at Parr Park in Grapevine and Andrew Brown Park East in Coppell. Class begins at 9:15 am. Please check the online for our complete schedule and daily updates. On bad weather days classes move indoors to The REC of Grapevine or The CORE in Coppell.
Stroller Barre® incorporates ballet, Pilates, yoga, and barre methods with prenatal and postnatal training. Stroller Barre® classes are held Tuesday mornings from 9:15 am at Parr Park in Grapevine.

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week session in a small group format. This transformation session will give you support for getting your mind, body, and spirit back through twice weekly workouts, coaching, meal plans, meditations and thoughtful focus. This is a moms only class. Must be at least 6 months postpartum.
