Hello! My name is Farrah and I am Mom to one son, Aami. I am the Owner of Fit4Mom Grapevine/Coppell/Colleyville. I have owned the franchise for 6 years and I am certified to teach Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Fit4Baby, and Body Back classes. I love bringing this supportive and motivating program to Moms in the community. After being laid off from my corporate job 7 years ago I wanted to find a career where I could stay at home with my son and truly find a job that I love. I found Stroller Strides! Through the years I have made so many mommy friends, my son has learned about what health and fitness mean and my family has gained a community that supports us as parents. I am so thankful for everything Fit4Mom has given me and continues to provide through friendships, fitness programs, and support for motherhood.
It is a blessing to be able to go to work with my son, when he is not in school, and bring a challenging workout and friendship to all the Moms I meet. Fit4Mom provides more than just a full body workout. It is a support system, a safe and nurturing place that supports your role as a mom. I love all that Fit4Mom helps me bring strength for motherhood to the community!

Hello! My name is Christina! I recently moved to Coppell, TX with my husband Nick, and our two girls Adalynn and Amelia. I first found Fit4Mom while living in College Station, TX. After attending my first Stroller Strides class in 2016, I fell in love with the village of strong, inspiring mamas, and awesome kiddos. I decided to become a Fit4Mom instructor in May 2017 to help moms find their strength in motherhood, and I have loved it ever since! When I'm not instructing, you can find me spending time with my family outside, or enjoying some much needed coffee at a local coffee shop.
I look forward to meeting you soon! Welcome to our village!
My name is Jodi Thompson and I am Mom to my sweet daughter, Sydney Ann who will be 2 yrs old in June 2017! I am a proud to have earned my Bachelor’s of Education from Baylor University where I was an Academic-All-American in Cross-Country and Big 12 All-Conference Athlete in Track & Field.
In 2010 I earned my Master’s in Kinesiology at Dallas Baptist University where I also had the opportunity to serve as a Graduate Assistant for the Women’s Distance Running Program.
In October 2010 I married my husband, Greg Thompson and moved to Orange County, California. In California I spent two years as a Physical Therapist Aide. From 2012-2014 I coached High School Cross-Country and Track at Crean Lutheran High School in Orange County.
In Fall 2014 we moved back to my home state of Texas and landed in Grapevine and I spent a year teaching Preschool at First Baptist Euless. When Sydney was born I decided to be a stay-at-home mom. I absolutely love my time as a stay-at-home mom but began to have an itch to use my knowledge of fitness and health again. I am excited to be a Fit4Mom instructor and use my passion for health and fitness while spending time with wonderful women and their babies! Fit4Mom provides a great place for us Moms to exercise and build relationships!
I look forward to seeing you in class!!!
