It's a new year so give yourself the gift of a new you....a better you! Work on the being the best version of you. Give yourself permission to: Clear your head. Workout with other Moms. Gain strength and confidence. Focus on being your best self.
Body Back will be a very challenging workout but it will be worth it and you will feel amazing! You will have other Moms cheering you on. In pushing yourself, you will break down barriers that kept you from realizing your goals and you will begin to unlock your full potential.
Body Back classes will give moms-only full body high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, inspiration and motivation in every class.
This is a child free workout. Limited spots available.
Classes will begin February 2, Tuesday/Thursdays, 5:45 -6:45 am at the Colleyville Senior Center.
